Advance tickets closed as of last night. We are still collecting store sales info but it looks like we will break the 500 pre-sales mark which will mean pre-sales this year over last will exceed a 60% increase!

For those of you that bought advance tickets you can still create a warhorn account and pre-register for events. We will announce a date soon regarding pre-registration cutoff.

Again I advise anyone that plans to BYOC to reserve your spot right away in slot one Friday night. and anyone that plans to take part in any of the premium video game events also preregister for those via warhorn as the premium pass does not guarantee entry, it just provides you with the ability to register for those events. Anyone pre-registered for premium video game events that does not have a VG Add-on package will not be considered pre-registered.

Magic package pre-sales exceed our expectations with nearly 70 packages sold before the doors even open. We expect to sell at least another 10 or 20 at the door so MTG will be fantastic this year!

All major Miniature events sold out over a month in advance of GottaCon 2012.

As a heads up expect to see a virtual copy of our program hit our website soon. The program has gone to print and limited copies will be available on site to full weekend package holders (while supplies last).

We are going to QR code a version of the program as well and have QR codes around the hall so you techies out there with the smart stuff can grab it via pdf.

Those of you that purchased t-shirt and dice packages will be collected from the line up around 4:30pm and given early access to the convention (barring no crazy setup issues).

If you plan to show up for door opening Friday night, expect a long line as per usual except there will be even more people this year as usual we will process people as fast as possible so please have patience with us. Next year we will be introducing Will Call on Friday afternoon to help with traffic flow.

As always we are cash only at the door. There are two bank machines on site but they will empty out quick so bring cash. There are a number of banks around Pearkes as well.

Event Coordinators, you will receive an email soon with info on what being an EC means and how to settle any outstanding balance on tickets as well as when you can start checking in at the convention.

Managers, thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication, you have really helped to make GottaCon that much better this year.

A lot of you will be wondering what I am talking about, but it will make sense once the zodiac is revealed.

It has been a very tough year for Carson and I as GottaCon seems to have taken on a life of its own and workloads never stopped but the support we have received from all the stakeholders above helped get us through one way or another so thank you once again.

Finally, thank you to all attendees in advance for making our show a success. We hope you enjoy our show and that you will return to our future events!
